Cake with prunes and nuts

Ingredients:
  • 200 g of flour
  • 150 g prunes
  • 100 g walnuts
  • 150 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions:
  • Soften the butter and beat it with the sugar.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, continuing to beat.
  • Chop the prunes and the nuts.
  • Mix the flour with the baking powder and add to the batter.
  • Add prunes and nuts, mix.
  • Pour the batter into the tin and bake at 180°C for about 40 minutes.
