Dried fruit compote with prunes
Dried fruit compote with prunes
Ingredients:
50 g prunes
100 g dried apricots
2 apples
2 pears
1 liter of water
Sugar to taste
Instructions:
Rinse prunes and dried apricots.
Cut apples and pears into large pieces.
Place all the fruit in a saucepan and cover with water.
Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Sweeten to taste and let stand before serving
