Dried fruit compote with prunes

Ingredients:
  • 50 g prunes
  • 100 g dried apricots
  • 2 apples
  • 2 pears
  • 1 liter of water
  • Sugar to taste

Instructions:
  • Rinse prunes and dried apricots.
  • Cut apples and pears into large pieces.
  • Place all the fruit in a saucepan and cover with water.
  • Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  • Sweeten to taste and let stand before serving
