Purchasing Manager
Main Responsabilities

- To ensure the availability of materials, raw materials, spare part meeting the already approved standards in the company.

- To research the market for the most suitable suppliers of raw materials, semi-finished products, and packaging and transact according to production needs.

- To prepare a supply budget based on production capacity.

- To evaluate suppliers, communicate with them, and ensure all necessary documents meet quality and safety standards for raw materials/ materials/ packaging/ spare parts, etc.

- To maintain an up-to-date database of supplier contacts and periodically request quotations from them for comparison with their competitors.

- To monitor the state of the market and prepare periodic reports and proposals related to enterprise purchases.

- To negotiate and execute transactions related to purchases of products for the enterprise.

- To control stock levels, together with the warehouse manager, taking care to optimize minimum stock levels and to try to minimize them

 

Applicant Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or master’s Degree

- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar position, with experience in the food industry considered a strong advantage.

- English - written and spoken.

- Planning skills and responsible attitude towards work processes.

- Ability to work in a team.
